Xandria is interested in time and memory, and objects silently disappearing into their surroundings. She delves in alternate reality chasing whimsical silent tales. She explores potentially immense interconnected underlying histories that lay hidden or have been forgotten or overlooked. She also tries to explore the human condition and what it means to be part of this natural world either through an innate symbolism or how we subconsciously view what surrounds us. Being an animist, she develops a link of communication with unanimated objects thus attempts to bring a sense of spirit into her work. Concerned with emotion, her works are mainly abstract produced with mobile phone camera or DSLR.
